recipe wedsday : honey garlic porkchops

hello everyone

i found this great recipe on pinterest so last week i thought i would try it turned out better then i thought with a few adjustment to the recipe it was so good my husband wants me to make it again this week. The adjustments i made were i did them in the frying pan instead of grilling with a little water in pan so it made a nice sauce. I also marinated the chops in the sauce before putting them in the frying pan you could have even marinated overnight. You can still baste the chops even when cooking in the frying pan and i used pre minced garlic which is an option instead of mincing the cloves yourself 1 tsp for every 2 cloves.
